Gua Sha & Jade Roller

I LOVE these self-massage tools ! I regularly use them especially the Gua Sha to scrape my forearms as they are overworked from massaging. They are essentials tools to support lympathic drainage. I cannot recommend enough trying out this facial beauty ritual (you can find how-to videos on YouTube). 

Bonus tip : pop it in the fridge for extra coolness and reduce puffiness even faster.

Block out Sleep Mask

If you are anything like me, you can't sleep unless you are immerse in total darkness. I personally can't sleep well if light comes in so a sleep mask is a MUST when I travel. I also use it during my self-intimate moments to deepen the focus on sensations and bring the nervous system down. 

When I use the acupressure mat as well, combined with relaxation music, you'll feel restored and refreshed. One of my all time favorite relaxation ritual!

Lavender Eye Pillow

I always have an eye pillow in my drawer next to my bed ! It is perfect in combination with an acupressure mat session or any other relaxing practices. The weight on your eyes will calm the nervous system and supports your mind to "switch off". You can heat it up in the microwave or put it in the freezer to reduce puffiness. Definitely a well-being essential in my home.
