Laetitia Giovanna is a certified trauma-informed holistic bodyworker, Hawaiian massage practitioner and embodiment facilitator using elements of embodied counselling and ancient+intuitive wisdom to support people to thrive and awaken their vitality through the many rites and initiations of one's life.

Mission & Values

Laetitia is on a mission to guide humans on the path of embodiment and transformation to liberate themselves from the shackles of shame, repression and limitations.
She does that by providing a honest, non-judgmental and nurturing space to reconnect with the body wisdom, embrace shadows, express authentically and heal emotional traumas.
She strongly believes in the power of touch and its ability to restore the mind-body dialogue. The essence of this work is slow, subtle, gentle, devotional and energetic.
Her approach to therapy is somatic (through the lense of the body), client-centered and tailored around your unique holistic wellbeing.

Laetitia holds certifications in Heartworks Lomi Lomi, Ka Huna, Pregnancy massage, Embodied Counselling, Zenthai Shiatsu and Holistic Sexual Wellness. Her life is dedicated to the arts of intimacy, mindbody connection, devotional touch and cultivation of life-force which are essential to her vitality.

"Shame dies when stories are told in safe places."
- Ann Voskamp

I acknowledge and pay deep respect to the Kombumerri people of the Yugambeh language region, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work.
I honor their enduring connection to the lands, waters, and communities, and I recognize that sovereignty was never ceded.
I extend this respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and to Elders past, present, and emerging.
